Can I add or remove seats later?

Yes. Your workspace super admin can invite or remove teammates from Business admin at any time — seats aren't fixed at checkout.

How does the shared monthly pool work?

Every teammate draws prompt generations from one team-wide pool that resets monthly, instead of each person having a separate individual limit.

What is business context, and is it required?

It's an optional saved profile (brand, tone, terminology) your admin sets once in Business admin. When a teammate leaves "Include business context" enabled, prompts are generated with Claude Opus for deeper, on-brand results.

Can we cancel or change plans?

Yes, cancel or change your team plan anytime from Business admin. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
