BuildMyPrompt is an AI-powered prompt generation tool operated by Luminary AI (ABN 44974425746). The prompts generated by this service are produced by third-party artificial intelligence models (accessed via OpenRouter) and are provided for informational and creative purposes only.

No professional advice. Generated prompts and previews are not legal, medical, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. Do not rely on outputs for decisions that require licensed expertise. You are solely responsible for how you use any prompt in downstream tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot).

Accuracy and fitness. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, originality, or fitness of any generated prompt for any specific purpose. Results may vary across different AI platforms and use cases. Prompts submitted through this tool may be transmitted to and processed by AI infrastructure operating outside Australia. You must review and adapt outputs before use.

Your inputs. You are responsible for the goals and content you submit. Do not submit personal information you are not comfortable sharing with AI providers, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights.

Content moderation. Goals may be screened by automated systems before generation. Screening is not perfect and may produce false positives or false negatives. A blocked request does not mean we have reviewed your content for legality in every jurisdiction. You remain responsible for lawful use of the service.

Third-party services. Use of BuildMyPrompt may also be subject to terms of OpenRouter, underlying model providers, Stripe (for payments), and other integrated services. We are not responsible for those providers’ conduct or availability. Paid plan changes (upgrades, downgrades, and billing-interval switches) are processed through Stripe; refunds of unused value follow our Refund Policy, including a lock on further plan changes for 5 business days (Sydney time) after each billing change.

Social sharing. After generating a prompt, you may choose to share BuildMyPrompt via links to third-party social platforms (for example X, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Reddit). Sharing is entirely at your discretion. We do not post on your behalf and do not control how those platforms display, store, or use content you submit there.

External AI tools. The app may offer links to open third-party AI chat tools (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or Copilot) in a new browser tab. We may copy your generated prompt to your clipboard so you can paste it into that tool. We do not inject prompts into those services automatically. Your use of external tools is subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their processing of pasted content.

Prompt storage and privacy. When you are signed in, generated prompts may be saved to your private prompt bank. Saved outputs are encrypted at rest and scoped to your account; other users cannot access your saved prompts through the service.

MCP connector and Skill. This disclaimer applies equally however you reach BuildMyPrompt — the web app, the MCP connector, or the installable Skill. When you use the Skill, prompts are still generated by the same hosted service and third-party AI models described above; the Skill file itself contains no prompt-engineering logic. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential; anyone with your key can use your allowance. We are not responsible for the behaviour of the AI environment you install the Skill into, or for a key you expose or share.

Beta and availability. During beta the service may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that features will remain available.

Email sign-in links. This link can only be used once. After you sign in, it will not work again. This link is unique to you. Do not share it with anyone — anyone with the link could sign in to your account.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminary AI accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on prompts generated by this tool, including indirect or consequential loss. Liability limits in our Terms of Service apply. Nothing here excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
